Onuoha calls for QPR to believe

QPR must believe they can take points from every Barclays Premier League team if their survival mission is to come off, according to defender Nedum Onuoha.

Hill celebrating a vital goal for QPR!

The former Manchester City defender has enjoyed a run in the team since Harry Redknapp took over at Loftus Road and Rangers are so far unbeaten in 2013.

Redknapp takes his current side to face his former club West Ham on Saturday with the R's still two points adrift at the foot of the table.

QPR have taken four points from their last two league outings, against London rivals Chelsea and Tottenham, and Onuoha knows that the positive results must continue.

"The manager said before the game that if you keep winning it is a good feeling to have and you go into the next game always thinking about the previous one," he told QPR Player.

"We have to believe we can get something out of every game we play between now and the end of the season otherwise we will have no chance at all.

"We are in good form which makes a difference because we haven't been in good form at all this year so hopefully things will go our way."

Former England Under-21 international Onuoha knows the players have to keep up their current form and adopt a win-at-all-costs mentality for the remainder of the campaign.

"The way that it works when you are bottom of the league is that you have a different perspective on football and the situation you are in," he said.

"We knew it could only get better but we have to keep working hard otherwise it'll just stay the same. You have to be single-minded and do the right things to stay up. We have to win, just do whatever we have to do to win the game."

QPR completed the club-record signing of France international Loic Remy yesterday and the 26-year-old has been given clearance to feature in the Barclays Premier League clash with the Hammers.
