Huntelaar's contract expires at the end of the season and Die Königsblauen are ready to listen to offers for the £7million-rated striker in January or risk losing him on a free come the summer.
The Dutch striker has been prolific for his club, scoring an amazing 48 goals in 47 games last season and he has continued his good form this season by finding the back of the net eight times in 15 games.
The likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool reportedly looking to strengthen their attack by signing the 29-year-old and Huntelaar's agent Arnold Oosterveer has dropped the biggest hint yet that the former Real Madrid player is looking to move from Schalke when the transfer window opens.
"Klaas has not decided," Oosterveer was quoted as saying by the Sun.
"He's had offers from England, Italy and Spain. It's also possible he could stay in Germany.
"He wants his future planned by the winter.
"In the next 45 days he wants to know his next project and it will be decided by his football ambitions and not by money.
"His dream is to fight to win titles in Europe and to have chances to be successful, because today he is one of the best strikers in Europe."
Huntelaar will be in action for Schalke when the German outfit takes on Bayer Leverkusen in their next Bundesliga fixture.
