The Serbian had endured an extended lay-off last season following a ruptured cruciate ligament injury preventing him from making a difference as United lost out on the Premier League title on goal difference on the final day.
Despite upbeat predictions of the defender's fitness by the United medical staff ahead of the new season, the Red Devils captain has struggled to feature regularly in the current term as well.
But Silvano Martina, Vidic's agent, has categorically denied rumours in the Italian and Spanish media which seem to indicate that the Premier League club were open to selling the stalwart defender in a bid to procure a younger replacement to deal with the demands of participating in four competitions.
"Vidic is already part of a top club and there are no negotiations with Juventus or Barcelona," Martinia told itasportpress.it.
"Vidic is not playing at this time because he's had surgery, so he's only thinking about his recovery and not about the transfer market.
"Juventus are complete with their non-EU players for this season and it is highly unlikely they will make a bid for Vidic, therefore I can categorically rule out any interest from them."
The Serbian international suffered an injury in United's 4-0 win over Wigan last month and has been ruled out for close to two months. During that period, he could miss out matches against Stoke, Braga, Chelsea and Arsenal.
