Both North London clubs are keen on the Lille striker after his heroics in Ligue 1 last season, when he scored 25 goals, but the club rebuffed all overtures during the summer transfer window.
However, their efforts could come to naught with the 25-year-old Senegal hitman admitting he is unsure where his future lies, according to reports in talkSPORT.
What complicates matters is that his contract negotiations have ground to a halt, and with less than two years left on his current deal, both Arsenal and Tottenham, as well as Newcastle, will look to swoop in to snap up the striker, who has scored five international goals in 12 appearances for his country.
The striker admitted his head has been turned, saying: "Now in my head I do not know what will happen at the end of the season.
"I honestly can not tell if I am going to go or stay. "[On contract negotiations] this worries me. As things stand I am the type of player who wants to talk on the pitch", Sow revealed.
