Recent reports have suggested that Krasic could be used as a makeweight in a deal that would see Chelsea defender Alex move to Juventus, who are looking to bolster their defensive options.
Russian outfits Anzhi Makhachkala and CSKA Moscow, Krasic's old club, have also been rumoured to be interested in the 26-year-old.
However, Naletilic has moved quickly to quash these rumours, insisting that Krasic will be staying at Juventus for the forseeable future.
"It's the first time I have heard this [Krasic moving to Chelsea]," Naletilic told Calciomercato.it.
"Krasic is happy in Turin and he has no intention to leave Juventus.
"The rest are just voices which are unfounded and I deny them."
Despite Juventus' disappointing campaign last season, where they finished 7th in Serie A, Krasic was a shining light for the Bianconeri, netting nine goals in 41 appearances.
