The Swans squad has been ravaged by injury in recent weeks but full-back Tiendalli will be back in training on Thursday after a hamstring problem, while winger Lamah took part on Wednesday as he recovers from an abductor strain.
Swansea, who posted the fitness update on their official website, could also have wide men Pablo Hernandez (hamstring) and Nathan Dyer (ankle) available as they make good progress in their comebacks.
This weekend's game will come too soon for Jonathan de Guzman as he battles an ankle injury, with goalkeeper Michel Vorm also likely to return for the FA Cup fourth-round trip to Birmingham after knee surgery.
Michu is also making progress after an ankle operation and is expected to be back running next week.
But Swansea are still waiting to discover the extent of the ankle injury suffered by Jose Canas against Manchester United, while Garry Monk remains sidelined by a knee injury.
