The highly-rated Brazilian has been linked with a move away from Porto after several rich clubs like Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and Anzhi Makhachkala expressed interest in signing him.
However, the 25-year-old has rejected suggestions through is agent that he will be leaving the club for financial benefits and emphasised that he is happy at Porto.
Hulk's agent, Teodoro Fonseca, told O Jogo: "I do not think he wants to leave Porto. He is satisfied, he likes the club and the city,
"Porto have always respected him and he will never force his way out of the club. He is not a player to pick fights and everything that could be done would be done together with the club and never behind their back.
He continued: "Like any other player, Hulk wants to play in a more attractive competition. One day, he will sit down with Porto and both parties will think that his cycle is over, just like it happened with Deco and Lisandro Lopez in the past. His release clause is a figure that does not mean anything."
"I only received three offers at the start of the season, but Hulk turned them down right away. They were all better than Porto, financially speaking, but he wanted to play against Barcelona and then in the Champions League.
Fonseca then ruled out Hulk making a move to join ex-teammate Radamel Falcao at Atletico Madrid, using the club as a statement that he will only be looking for a top side in Europe to further his career.
The agent added: "It is true that he would never accept an offer from Atletico Madrid. Hulk is not motivated by money, but by sporting ambition, love and affection.
"He acknowledges all Porto have done for him. He wants a team which fights for titles, which plays in the Champions League and has a great project."
Hulk has a contract with Porto until 2016 with a reported release clause of €100 million attached to it.
