Struggling Jaguares remain on just one point after eight outings in the Mexican Clausura following a 2-1 defeat at Toluca.
Jaguares took the lead through Luis Rey in the 19th minute but were pegged back by replies from Lucas Silva and Flavio Santos in the second half.
Guadalajara grabbed a second win of the campaign with a 2-1 success over Leon.
