The Bianconeri extended their lead at the Serie A summit to seven points following early goals from Mirko Vucinic, Andrea Pirlo and Claudio Marchisio against Atalanta.
The visitors were also made to suffer when Thomas Manfredini was then shown a red card, but Juve could not build on their three goal margin.
Nevertheless, Conte was pleased to see the defending Serie A champions so easily overcome an Atalanta side which had previosuly recorded wins against AC Milan (1-0 back in September), Napoli (1-0 in November) and Inter Milan (3-2 in November).
"Atalanta are a team who know how to overcome the big sides, and have shown just that by beating Milan, Napoli and Inter," Conte told the club's website.
"We faced the encounter with the right approach. We played with the hunger and motivation that we should never be without."
He added: "We're doing very well, we've already got the points we had at this stage last year and now we'll look to do well in the two games remaining in the first half of this season."
"There's still a long way to go, we want to keep playing a key part in the championship, Coppa Italia and Champions League. The only way to do so is to keep working hard."
Conte also dismissed reports Juve are on the verge of signing former Chelsea striker Didier Drogba.
