Huntelaar has been widely linked with a slew of top clubs including the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea in recent times following the Dutch international's impressive performances for Die Königsblauen.
The 29-year-old was lethal for Schalke last season, scoring an amazing 48 times in 47 games and the former Real Madrid player is regarded as one of the best strikers in the world at the moment.
It is no surprise Schalke are keen to keep hold of one of their biggest assets, but with Huntelaar refusing to commit to the club, Die Königsblauen may have to be forced to cash in on the striker, whose contract with the club expires at the end of the current season, in January or risk losing him on a free.
However, Heldt is still holding on to the hope that Huntelaar will stay with Schalke and claims the club have not received any concrete offers from any team thus far.
Speaking to Sky Germany, Heldt said: "It's pure speculation.
"Either teams make us an offer, otherwise it's a load of nonsense."
Huntelaar will likely feature for Schalke when they take on Eintracht Frankfurt on Sunday.
