The current European champions held Juve to a draw at Stamford Bridge in September with the second encounter between the two sides set to take place next Tuesday.
Juve are currently a point behind the European champions in third place in Group E and know that a loss in next week's fixture could condemn them to an exit from the tournament. Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk currently sit on top of the group and play Juve in their final match in early December.
And the Montenegro international believes that next week's game could be pivotal in deciding the Bianconeri's season. Juve are currently just four points ahead of Inter Milan in the Serie A but they have specified winning the Champions League as a prime objective this season.
"Lazio, Chelsea and AC Milan. These are three games that will decide the fate of our season, both in the league and the Champions League," Vucinic told juventus.com.
"We cannot afford any mishaps, especially against Chelsea, because we want to continue the dream and above all to keep winning."
Claudio Marchisio, on the other hand, feels that his side have the capability of ensuring a win at the Juventus stadium. He stated that he was pleased with the team's performance in recent weeks and is optimistic that Juve can secure the necessary points to qualify for the last-16 of the Champions League in their final two fixtures.
"If we take to the field as we have done in the last couple of last games, both in the Champions League and Serie A, then we certainly have no need to fear Chelsea," Marchisio told reporters.
"We didn't fear them in the first encounter, when we found ourselves 2-0 down and fought back to draw.
"We'll have great respect for the reigning European champions, but we'll face them with the knowledge that we've grown considerably in the last year and have everything that's needed to get through to the next round."
The Serie A champions take on Lazio in the league on Saturday before their crunch encounter with the Blues in the Champions League.
