Allegri: We have to defend dead balls
Under fire AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri says his team need to do better at defending set-pieces following Sunday's 1-0 derby defeat to Inter Milan.

The Rossoneri went behind after just three minutes when Christian Abbiati failed to deal with Esteban Cambiasso's free-kick which allowed Walter Samuel to head in from close range.
"I'm sorry for the players as we did well but we definitely have to do better with dead balls," he said on the AC Milan website.
"The team conceded nothing apart from the goal. I have nothing to shout to my players about even though we should be scoring more than we are.
"For Samuel's goal there were two things that allowed his to score. Emauelson did not foul in the lead up, we could have had a penalty and Juan Jesus could even have been sent off in the first half.
"The ref had a bad night and that can happen to anyone."
Sunday's defeat leaves AC Milan 11th in the Serie A table with just seven points from seven games.
