The Nomads had taken the lead three minutes after the hour mark when Fidelis Nnabuife applied the finishing touches to a good team move by turning home a Bahaeldin El-Habbib cross from point-blank range.
However, the Archers were immediately stung into life and started to take control of the game through captain Tating Pasilan and Jess Melliza, and duly equalised six minutes later when Aguisanda struck a ferocious volley that bounced off both posts before nestling into the back of the net.
With that point, Globe also moved further away from bottom-placed Philippine Navy Red Juice, who have a game in hand.
In Division 2 action, Diliman Victory Liner overcame a two-goal deficit to beat Team Socceroo 3-2 thanks to a three-goal burst in the final 16 minutes of the match.
Team Socceroo looked headed for a massive upset after going two up thanks to a Romeu Rodriguez brace, but Deo Seguinal pulled one back for Diliman in the 74th minute to give them late hope.
Eight minutes later, Ariel Zerrudo Jr nodded home his 14th goal of the season to level the scores but George Twum capped off a remarkable comeback by grabbing the winner five minutes from time.
Elsewhere, Division 2 leaders Pachanga cruised to a 7-0 win over Manila All-Japan courtesy of a Ousseynou Diop hat-trick.
After Joven Bedic and Alfredo Gonzalez had given Pachanga a two-goal lead inside 22 minutes, Diop grabbed two more in a four-minute spell before halftime to make it 4-0 at the break.
Robert Canedo added a fifth 17 minutes from time, before Diop and Gonzalez weighed in with further strikes in the final ten minutes.
