The Bavarians have a 19-point lead at the top of the table and, with only 12 games remaining, Muller is the first man within the Bayern camp to state his belief they will win the title again this season.
"Realistically, the title race is already over," he told Munich's TZ newspaper.
"I don't think anybody really expects us to lose six games out of 12, particularly considering we have not lost any of the 22 beforehand."
Indeed, Bayern have gone 47 games unbeaten in the Bundesliga and could almost afford to draw all of their remaining matches and still clinch the title.
Pep Guardiola's men are also into the semi-finals of the DFB-Pokal and on course for the quarter-finals of the Champions League, holding a two-goal advantage over Arsenal from the first leg of their last-16 tie.
The UEFA Supercup and FIFA Club World Cup holders are therefore on course to defend what was an historic treble last season.
