Only eight teams were in action on Saturday but the Ras al-Khaimah outfit sit top of the pile. Bandar Mohammed opened the scoring for Al-Dhafra but a brace from Gustavo Herrera and a late goal from Jair swung it for the visitors.
Al Wahda also scored three goals but losers Al-Nasr managed to keep the scoreline to 3-2 with a second-half rally.
Eder Luis' opener was cancelled out by Damian Diaz, who then edged Al Wahda ahead before Sebastian Tagliabue doubled the advantage before the hour.
Ibrahima Toure then scored for Al-Nasr on 68 minutes but Karel Jarolim's men would hold out for the win.
Elsewhere, Sharjah beat Al-Wasl 1-0 through Fellype Gabriel and Al-Ahly Dubai edged out Dubai SC 1-0 as Ahmed Khalil scored on the stroke of full-time.
