Seven days after a lacklustre display saw them lose 3-1 to title rivals LIONSXII, the Gladiators bounced back by claiming all three points from a tricky test against PKNS.

Terengganu climbed into the top half of the table for the first time in 2013 after beating bottom side Negri Sembilan 1-0 at the Sultan Ismail Nasiruddin Shah Stadium.

The game looked headed for a draw as neither side found find a goal inside the 90 minutes but three minutes into injury-time, the Turtles were awarded a penalty which Ashaari Shamsuddin converted to steal all three points.

Pahang's bid to finish in the top five was boosted as they claimed a 2-0 win over struggling FELDA United.

Argentine striker Matias Conti put them ahead in the 25th minute when he netted from close range after Damion Stewart's header had come back off the bar, before Fauzi Roslan struck his 8th goal of the campaign to make sure of the win.
