PREVIEW: Solskjaer wants clinical Molde

Molde coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is confident his side can overcome FC Copenhagen in the Europa League but knows they have to be more clinical.

MFK recently retained the Norwegian title and are now looking to claw themselves back into the running for qualification from Group E.

Molde lie bottom heading into matchday four a point behind on Thursday's opponents Copenhagen and two shy of second-placed Stuttgart.

Victory is the only result that would guarantee Solskjaer's side or Copenhagen of having something to play for on matchday six and the former Manchester United striker is confident of a positive outcome.

"At home we can beat anyone," he said. "We got it tough the first half hour against them last time, but we came back and we had a very good last hour.

"We should win this match to be able to move forward."

Solskjaer, though, knows his side must be better in front of goal than they were in their final Tippeligaen fixtures, including Saturday's 2-0 defeat of Fredrikstad.

"We have to be better, clearly," he said. "That said, I think it was amazing to watch our attacking play. The boys let loose.

"We have to get better in the decisive moments so the grey hairs are not so dominant.

"Away to Rosenborg we could have led 3-0, and the same away against Tromso. We should lead with four or five goals."

Molde lost to Copenhagen when the sides met earlier in Group E, with the Danish side winning 2-1 thanks to goals from Andreas Cornelius and Claudemir.

Both are in the squad for tomorrow's trip to Aker Stadion, where the Loverne will be hoping to end their poor recent European form .

Copenhagen have not scored since beating Molde on matchday one and have failed to net in their previous European away games.
