The Germans were drawn into Group B alongside Netherlands, Portugal and Denmark.
Speaking after the draw in Kiev, Low knows his side have been handed the toughest group but insists they will approach it with confidence.
"Our group is the strongest and most interesting group," he told reporters.
"Also Denmark is very dangerous, because they are not scared of great names and teams. I said for the draw: I have no teams that I wish or want to avoid.
"This is a very great European championship and every team is strong. It's not like a World Cup where you also play against Costa Rica, Ecuador or teams like that.
"Before such a competition many people debate [the eventual outcome]. But the only thing that is important is which team has the best form in 2012. There are many things that can happen until, such as injuries."
