Defeated in the finals by Inter Milan in 2010 and Chelsea in 2012, Muller and his Bayern Munich colleagues will participate in their third Champions League final in four years hoping to finally lay claim on the trophy that has remained elusive over recent years.
The German attacker told FCB TV that Jupp Heynckes' squad simply could not afford to lose this time, or everyone at the club would risk being associated with European failure.
"For me personally, it's about time I won the thing. If you’re beaten three times, you're branded a loser," Muller stated.
With eight goals in the competition so far, including two against Barcelona in the semi-finals, Muller was confident that upcoming opponents Borussia Dortmund would not be able to hold off his scoring run.
"I can't complain this season and I hope it just carries on. The fact that I know where the goal is isn't anything new," he said.
"I'm not going to have my style cramped, I'll do my thing totally normally."
The Champions League final between Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund will take place at Wembley Stadium on Saturday.
