Note: Live commentary will be provided for the Spartak Moscow vs Barcelona and Juventus vs Chelsea game starting from 12.30AM HKT (10PM IST).
Speculation is rife that Roberto Di Matteo has finally lost patience with Fernando Torres after hauling him off during Saturday's Barclays Premier League defeat at West Brom after another miserable performance. And the striker could be dropped ahead of Chelsea's crunch Group E Champions League clash with Juventus in Turin.
Shakhtar Donetsk could book a spot in the round-of-16 with victory against FC Nordsjaelland in Denmark although they will also need a winner in Juventus' clash against Chelsea.
In Group G, Neil Lennon will invoke the spirit of the Lisbon Lions as he tries to guide Celtic into the knockout stages of the Champions League when they play Benfica in Portugal.
At the Mestalla, Bayern Munich will be keen to book their place in the knockout stage with victory over Valencia.
In Group H, Galatasaray are hoping they can take a huge step towards progressing to the last-16 by beating Manchester United at the Türk Telekom Arena.
Meanwhile, CFR Cluj, who have a new coach in Paulo Sergio, will be hoping to get their Champions League bid back on track at home to Sporting Braga.
Earlier on Tuesday, Barcelona booked their place in the Round-of-16 with a 3-0 win at Spartak Moscow, while Lille picked up their first points of the campaign after recording a 2-0 away triumph over BATE Borisov.
Porto, Málaga and Manchester United are the only teams that have already achieved qualification to the knockout stages.
Chelsea will qualify if they beat Juventus in Italy but if the game ends in a draw, a win for Shakhtar against FC Nordsjaelland will require the final round of fixtures to decide the qualification spots.
Bayern or Valencia will qualify with a win at the Mestalla provided that BATE fail to secure maximum points against Lille.
Celtic and Barcelona can both qualify to the next round with wins (or a scoring draw) against Benfica and Spartak Moscow respectively.
Finally, in Group H, the losing side between CFR Cluj and Braga will definitely not be able to progress into the round of 16 of the Champions League.
