Eriksen, one of European football's hottest prospects at the moment, has been linked with a move to the Signal Iduna Park in the past few weeks and was only recently quoted as saying such a move would interest him.
However, it has now emerged that the reigning Eredivisie champions have yet to receive an official offer for the 21-year-old's services.
"The Danish press publishes all kinds of stories," he told Algemeen Dagblad. "But Dortmund have not made a formal offer for Eriksen."
Eriksen's current contract with Ajax expires next summer but he has claimed in the past that he would be willing to extend that deal if no offers come his way this summer, in order to ensure his side can get as much as they can for him when he does eventually leave the Amsterdam ArenA.
Since making his debut for the Amsterdam outfit back in the 2009/10 season, Eriksen has established himself as one of Europe's finest young attacking midfielders.
