The majority of Bayern Munich players are off on international duty and Robben believes that the time away from the club will help them refresh themselves in time for the crucial run-in of the season.
"It will do the Bayern players a world of good to be away from the club for a few days and breathe some fresh air and be surrounded by other people for a change," Robben said ahead of Netherlands' qualifying match against Estonia.
"We will pick up where we left off immediately after the break. We will have to pick things up and get back in the rhythm once we've all returned to the club on Wednesday.
"We have to reach the level again that's made us such a strong team this term. We will have to approach each game differently and have to be at out best."
Bayern Munich currently lead the Bundesliga by 20 points and have will face Juventus in the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
