Die Roten have been fantastic in the first half of the current Bundesliga season; the Bavarian giants amassed an incredible 42 points from their first 17 games and have currently opened up a massive nine point gap at the top of the table.
With the Bundesliga currently in the midst of their traditional winter break, Bayern have travelled to Qatar for a training camp to maintain the players' fitness, and Kroos claims that he is pleased to see everyone in the team giving their all during the training sessions as they fight for the league title this season.
"It's very intensive here," Kroos was quoted as saying by the official Bayern website.
"You see how everyone is really getting stuck in.
"But that's how it has to be, and we'll keep it up this week as well!"
The German international was also bullish about his side's chances of winning the Bundesliga and urged his team to remain focused for the remainder of the season.
"The league title is not a dream, it's a realistic goal," Kroos added.
"We've put ourselves in a very good position.
"We don't want to carelessly toss it away again, we want to maintain the determination which was our hallmark in the first half of the season."
Kroos also credited manager Jupp Heynckes for inspiring DIe Roten to perform to their optimum this season.
"The coach is leading from the front," Kroos mused.
"He hands out plenty of instructions and he's very involved."
Bayern will return to action in the Bundesliga when they take on Greuther Furth on 19 January.
