Dusseldorf complete Reisinger signing
Bundesliga newcomers Fortuna Dusseldorf have signed striker Stefan Reisinger from Freiburg on a two-year contract.
The 30-year-old, who made 25 appearances in the German top flight last season, has moved for an undisclosed fee and adds experience to a side preparing for Bundesliga football for the first time in 15 years.
"We have been able to sign a player who had become a real fans' favourite at his former club due to the way he plays," said Fortuna's director of sport Wolf Werner.
"He runs a lot and always plays deep while he has the experience of 72 Bundesliga matches."
The former Greuther Furth and 1860 Munich forward has scored 10 goals in the top tier and netted 27 times in 91 games in the 2.Bundesliga.
