He led his side against Borussia Monchengladbach in the first game of the season on Friday and was expecting them to register an easy win.
However, Bayern endured a nervy second half as a Dante own goal at the end of the first half had given the away side hope at the Allianz Arena.

"We knew it would be a tough match," he told reporters after the game. "It's always hard work against Monchengladbach."
"We had no control over the match in the first 15 minutes of the second half.

Bayern next face Eintracht Frankfurt and have publicly stated that they have finished their transfer business for the summer with the acquisitions of Mario Götze, Thiago, Mitchell Weiser and Jan Kirchhoff.
