The 28-year-old, who has been out of competitive action since picking up an injury against Samut Songkhram last month, returned to the field last weekend in a friendly against Singhtarua.
And according to Sharks coach Withaya Laohakul, Chonlatit is likely to get another run-out in the second leg of their Thai League Cup quarter-final tie, which also happens to be against Ratchaburi, and could start at the weekend if he shows no signs of duress.
"Chonlatit has recovered from his injury and is already back in full training with the team," the veteran tactician said on the club's official website.
"He took part in a friendly game last Saturday and was able to play throughout the game.
"We have another game against Ratchaburi this Wednesday and if nothing goes wrong, Chonlatit will certainly be named in the first XI."
Withaya also stressed he would have no problems throwing the Thailand international straight back into the first-team fray given his experience and the vital role he plays for Chonburi.
