Stange, who was named as the Lions new boss earlier this month, announced 23 players for the upcoming friendlies against Myanmar and Laos on Monday.
And if he was hoping to cause a stir, he most certainly achieved that by naming former Singapore captain Indra and rising star Adam, who is currently on the youth ranks of French club Metz, in his squad.
Apart from them, there are no real surprises as a majority of the players called up are from Malaysia Super League leaders LIONSXII, including skipper Shahril Ishak, centre-back Baihakki Khaizan and midfielders Hariss Harun and Isa Halim.
Warriors FC and Tampines Rovers are the best represented Great Eastern-YEO's S.League sides with three players apiece, while there's also berths for Tanjong Pagar United winger Hafiz Nor and Woodlands Wellington defensive duo Shariff Samat and Rosman Sulaiman, who are all enjoying excellent seasons.
