Heading into the weekend with just four points from their opening seven games, the Archers knew they desperately needed a win to kick-start their 2013 campaign.

But following a goalless first half, they found themselves a goal down seven minutes after the break when Alireza Jamali opened the scoring.

Although Green Archers had their fair share of possession, they were just unable to find a telling pass in the attacking third, and right before the end, Pachanga went on to wrap up the three points when they netted a second through a Mario Javier Clarino effort.

The victory, Pachanga's fourth of the campaign, was enough to take them up to fifth on the table, while the Archers remain in 8th and their only points so far have come against the two teams below them - a 4-1 win over Philippine Air Force and a 1-1 draw against Philippine Army.

Nonetheless, they have an excellent chance to get a much-needed result on Tuesday when they are next in action against Manila Nomads, who have picked up only a point and have not scored in their last thre outings.
