Having recorded triumphs over Pachanga Diliman, Philippine Air Force and Philippine Army in their opening three games, the Sparks wasted no time at the Emperador Stadium as they edged ahead in the 17th minute through a Mark Hartmann strike.
Pasargad were unlucky not to pull level four minutes before the break when Yhunousse Yaogo sent an effort back off the crossbar, and they were made to pay two minutes into the second half when Jang Jo-won doubled Loyola's lead.
Seven minutes later, Philippines international Phil Younghusband made it 3-0 with a cracking effort to cap off an excellent evening at the office for Vincent Santos' charges.
The win moves the Sparks up to second on 12 points, behind defending champions Global but ahead of Stallion Sta. Lucia on goal difference.
Earlier on Thursday, Green Archers United picked up their first points of the campaign after recording an emphatic 4-1 win over Philippine Air Force.
The game had extra meaning given it marked the first time ex-Air Force skipper Emelio Caligdong came up against his former side following his off-season transfer, but it was Jesus Joaquin Melliza who broke the deadlock for the Archers after 23 minutes.
Nonetheless, Caligdong did get in on the act two minutes later when he made it 2-0, but Air Force stayed well in the hunt at the break after pulling one back through midfielder Francis Gustilo.
Alas, it was not to be for them as the Archers reclaimed their two goal lead in the 50th minute courtesy of a Ronnie Aguisanda strike, before captain Christian Pasilan secured the victory with a fourth three minutes after the hour mark.
