Philippines international Emelio Caligdong, who recently joined the Archers after a decade with Philippine Air Force, was the hero for his side as he netted an extra-time winner to hand them a 1-0 win over Pachanga.
The result also means Green Archers are through to the semi-finals of the competition for the first time in their history.
After being kept quiet for most of the match, Caligdong struck in the second period of extra time to send his side through, pouncing on a rebound to fire home after his initial effort was blocked by Pachanga custodian Kim Versales.
Standing in between Green Archers and a place in the final are Pasargad, who also needed extra time to see off General Trias International 1-0, courtesy of an Angelo Verheye strike.
In the other side of the draw, Kaya, runners-up in the United Football League last season, will take on giant-killers Ceres.
Kaya continued their recent good form against Loyola Meralco Sparks by beating them 1-0 on Saturday thanks to 18-year-old midfielder OJ Portiera's second-half winner.
Meanwhile, Ceres continued their fairy-tale run in the tournament as they saw off reigning UFL champions Global 1-0, with Peter Long netting the only goal of the game after 12 minutes.
