The comprehensive win took the Azkals back to the top of the standings with six points from their two games. Chinese Taipei are second following a 2-0 victory over Guam earlier in the day.
In the wake of an opening and decidedly unconvincing 1-0 defeat of Guam, the Philippines were clearly out to right some wrongs, and were rewarded for their efforts after 22 minutes when Wolf, who plays for Global FC, powered home a shot to break the deadlock.
The talented forward duly doubled his tally shortly before the break, before Carli De Murga, seizing on a rebound, made it 3-0 to the Philippines after only 49 minutes.
That lead was extended even further shortly after the hour mark when Wolf converted a fine right wing cross from Demetrius Omphroy to register his third goal of the night.
The rout was completed five minutes later when Patrick Reichelt, who scored Tuesday's winner against Guam, tapped home to seal a comprehensive success for Michael Weiss' men.
The Philippines are set to play their final Peace Cup game against Chinese Taipei on Saturday.
