Discussions to take the two young Malaysian stars to the Okinawa-based club are believed to have entered the final stages, with the duo expected be in Japan by July at the latest.
Wan Zaharulnizam first came to the club's attention during his country's Olympic qualifier against Japan last September.
Malaysia Olympic and Harimau Muda coach Ong Kim Swee subsequently persuaded FC Ryuku officials to also take a look at Wan Zack who has previously been on loan at Slovakian outfit Zlate Moravce.
Wan Zack has already gone on record to say that he believes a move to Japan could be the start of greater things for a player widely regarded as Malaysia's next best thing.
"My ambition is to play at a prestigious club in Europe, and I hope this move is a stepping stone for bigger things," the 21-year-old midfielder had declared.
