Joffre Guerron netted the game's only goal 12 minutes from time to leave the visitors on 31 points, allowing Changchun Yatai to move out of the bottom two with a 1-0 home triumph over Liaoning.

Weidong Liu's goal in the 75th minute proved decisive for Changchun, ensuring they finished 14th in the 16-team league.

Jiangsu Shuntian also avoided the drop after battling out a goalless draw with Shanghai SIPG.

Champions Guangzhou Evergrande warmed up for next weekend's second leg of the AFC Champions League final by rounding off their league season with a 5-0 thrashing of bottom team Wuhan Zall.

Elkeson and Dario Conca grabbed two goals apiece with Lin Gao also on target against a visiting team who were playing for nothing but pride having been long since relegated.

Second-spotted Shandong Luneng also finished on a high, hammering Guizhou Renhe 5-1 away from home.

Wei opened the scoring before Yongpo Wang and Qiang Wang added their names to the scoresheet with two goals each, with Hai Yu's 70th-minute strike of little consolation for the hosts.

Two goals in the final six minutes saw Guangzhou R&F sink Shanghai Shenhua 4-2, Davi's penalty and a Shuo Zhang goal edging the home team ahead after the visitors had twice battled from a goal down.

Ayegbeni Yakubu's first-half penalty and Rafael Coelho's second-half effort had twice put the home team in the ascendancy only for Firas Al Khatib and Xiong Fei to get Shenhua back on level terms.

Kieza notched a goal in each half, the first from the penalty spot, to secure Shanghai Shenxin a 2-1 triumph over Tianjin Taida. Zhou Haibin scored a minute from the end but it was not enough to get the visitors back in the game.

Finally, Baha's goal midway through the second half earned fifth-placed Dalian Aerbin a 1-0 win over Hangzhou Greentown.
