The pair enjoyed excellent campaigns for the Sevillistas last season as the club successfully defended their Europa League crown, securing a record fourth title and a place in next season's Champions League.
Liverpool are believed to be interested in bringing Bacca to the Premier League and Arsenal have been linked with a move for Krychowiak, but Monchi says they are yet to receive any concrete offers.
"Bacca is happy in Seville and with Sevilla. That is recognised, and if they come for him I have enough arguments to convince him to stay," the former goalkeeper is quoted as saying by ESPN.
"Krychowiak is a guy who has his route map very well worked out, and his interest to leave Sevilla, at the moment, is zero."
"There have been no formal offers from clubs, but lots of soundings-out from agents. I see a big difference from real offers, when a club calls directly asking about a player or an email with a written offer. That is an offer.
"A call from an agent asking about a particular situation I do not consider an offer, and I get them daily."
