Internazionale forward Adem Ljajic is determined to live up to the high expectations set for him by the club's supporters.
The Serbia international was a surprise loan signing from Serie A rivals Roma during the off-season and has thus far only offered glimpses of his potential in Milan.
Having yet to score in any of his six appearances for the club, Ljajic knows a lot is expected of him and intends to prove his worth at the San Siro.
"I think all eyes are turned towards me," Ljajic told Serbian publication Blic.
"A lot is expected from me, but this makes me want to do and show a lot more. If people are expecting a lot from me, then it means that I am a player who is worth it."
Inter are currently sitting second in Seria A, level on points with leaders Roma, and Ljajic believes the Nerazzurri can still improve on what has been an impressive start to the season.
"I would agree to winning every match 1-0," he added, with Inter having won seven games by this scoreline. "Although I hope we can become more prolific over the course of the season.
"I think we can become stronger once we begin to become more comfortable with the ball."
